Manny Being Ban(ey)

I knew it. There must have been some reason Manny acted so weird. I never read "Becoming Manny" because i figured it was just damage control from his bizarre ending in Beantown last year. The Dodgers dont have the pleasure of having the distraction that is Manny Rameriz for the next 50 games.Although Manny is batting .348 with 6 home runs and 20 RBI's, the Dodgers sucess this year can be attributed to excellent pitching. Billinsley is 5-0 with a 2.21 ERA, Broxton is a monster in his relief with a .064 ERA and Tronosco is equally impressive with a 0.98 ERA in 18 innings pitched. The start that LA has had is incredible. Everyone seems to be hitting on all cylanders. Manny is just a part of it but the circus act that is Manny may break or make the Dodgers in the next 50 games.
Every shark that is Boston media will pounce on Manny and the gloom and doom of the Dodger train will be disected and inspected with the demise of Manny. We knew it in Beantown. Now we have to listen to the Yankee fans talk about how the 2004 season was steroid induced sucess and there will be a million stories on Manny being Ban(ey) oh well enjoy the ride and for those of us who believed Bay was a good trade let us revel in our correctness for a little bit longer. My dream world series would be Chicago Cubs and Boston but a close second would be LA only beacuse of the Manster
